All orders placed on GeneralStore.in are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.
Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS notification with tracking details.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on orders above ₹X (customize as per your policy).
A standard shipping fee of ₹Y applies to orders below the free shipping threshold.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.
Remote or rural areas may take additional time for delivery.
Delays may occur during peak seasons, sales, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier issues.

5. Courier Partners

We partner with reliable logistics providers such as Delivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, and others to ensure timely delivery.
Once the package leaves our warehouse, the responsibility of timely delivery lies with the courier partner.

6. Tracking Orders

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking ID and a link to monitor your shipment.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.

7. Delayed or Failed Delivery
