  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.
  • Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS notification with tracking details.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.
  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on orders above ₹X (customize as per your policy).
  • A standard shipping fee of ₹Y applies to orders below the free shipping threshold.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.
  • Remote or rural areas may take additional time for delivery.
  • Delays may occur during peak seasons, sales, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier issues.

5. Courier Partners

  • We partner with reliable logistics providers such as Delivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, and others to ensure timely delivery.
  • Once the package leaves our warehouse, the responsibility of timely delivery lies with the courier partner.

6. Tracking Orders

  • After dispatch, you will receive a tracking ID and a link to monitor your shipment.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.

7. Delayed or Failed Delivery
