Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., fruits, vegetables)
  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products)
  • Digital downloads or e-gift cards
  • Items marked “Non-returnable” during checkout

2. Return Request Procedure

  1. Log in to your GStore account → Go to My Orders → Select the item → Click Request Return.
  2. Choose a return reason: Damaged product, Wrong item, Not as described, etc.
  3. Upload supporting evidence: Add clear photos/videos if the product is damaged or incorrect.
  4. Submit the return request: You will receive an email/SMS confirmation with the next steps.

3. Return Pickup & Shipping

  • Free Pickup: GStore will arrange a free pickup from your address for eligible returns.
  • Self-ship Option: If pickup is unavailable, you may need to ship the product to our return center.

Packaging Guidelines:

  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
  • Include the invoice/receipt inside the package.

4. Refund & Replacement

  • Replacement: If available, a replacement will be sent within 5–7 working days after return approval.
  • Refund: If replacement is not preferred, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after product inspection.
  • GStore Wallet Refunds: Instant refund to your GStore Wallet is also available.

5. Important Notes

  • Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Returned items must be in resalable condition.
  • GStore reserves the right to decline a return request if it violates the policy.
